Holland Construction Services was selected to construct this multi-tenant retail building. The 40,000 SF, single-story masonry facility is accented with brick, cast stone and aluminum composite panels and features a large glass storefront.
Trader Joe’s specialty grocery store occupies 11,000 SF of the new building. The remaining 29,000 SF features other retailers and restaurants.
