Background
Holland Construction Services was selected to build this new 180,000 square-foot senior living development in Glen Carbon, IL.
The four-story building will feature 79 independent living units, 43 assisted care units and 20 memory care units. Amenities will include a full kitchen and dining room, movie theater, salon, bistro and fitness center..
This is the second location Holland has built for Keystone Senior Living. The first was completed in 2021 in O’Fallon, Illinois.
This is my fourth construction project with Holland Construction Services and I am always impressed by the way they manage and collaborate together. I have complete confidence in their ability to manage this project just as smoothly.

A Better Way
The new complex features an indoor aquatic facility with a 25-yard multi-lane lap pool, lazy river, and children’s area with slides and sprays. The center also features a 6,000 square-foot fitness center with areas for free weights, floor exercise, aerobic and group fitness; a gymnasium; a Clip’n Climb climbing structure; a 400-meter, six-lane running track; a game area for billiards, cards and table tennis; locker rooms; multi-purpose and party rooms, and administration offices.
