LEAN

At Holland, we prioritize maximizing customer value and minimizing waste through continuous improvement and collaboration with our trade partners.

Each trade partner is required to designate an On-Site Field Supervisor who will:

  • Be present on-site daily, starting one week before their work begins.
  • Have decision-making authority for their team.
  • Foster collaboration with the project team.

Last Planner System®

This planning framework improves coordination and workflow:

Teams collaboratively plan to meet project milestones.

Identify and resolve constraints six weeks in advance.

Trade partners submit weekly plans to align with project goals.

Brief daily meetings to address performance and issues.
