Background
Holland Construction Services constructed this new 23,774 square-foot facility. The unique two-story dealership configuration features a 10-bay service department, service reception area and showroom, totaling 18,900 square feet. On the 5,500 square-foot second floor, an open administrative office overlooks the showroom below. The second floor also provides private offices and conference rooms.
We chose Holland Construction Services because of its proven track record in the construction of automobile dealerships. This building will help make a visit to the dealership a pleasant, out-of-the-ordinary experience and help us meet the needs of our additional volume of business.
