The Marshall project consists of demolition of an existing 23,454 SF building to make way for the construction of a new five-floor, 350,000 SF multi-family/student housing residence that will sit over a two-floor 105,000 SF cast-in-place parking structure, totaling 1.805 acres. The wood-framed building will ultimately contain 177 units/508 beds.
