Background

Construction is underway on the new 268,554 SF, 234-unit mixed-use apartment building, know as Bemiston Place. The complex will include 10,677 square feet of retail and restaurants on the ground floor, and a three-level parking garage with 346 parking stalls.

Amenities at Bemiston Place will include a courtyard, pool, parking garage, and a two-level restaurant and bar.
