Background
Holland Construction Services served as general contractor for the Cambridge House facilities located in Swansea, Maryville, and O’Fallon, Illinois.
All three buildings are three-story, ranging from 87,500-89,000 square feet.
Each building features 103 units consisting of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Twenty-one units are finished to accommodate the physically impaired. Common space includes a dining room, outdoor patio, and a salon with fireplace and group seating. Other features include parking for 120 tenants, a commercial kitchen, and office space.
We’ve worked with Holland Construction Services in the past and found their scheduling and the quality of work to be excellent. Their expertise and approach are just what’s needed on a prototype building such as this.
