Background
Holland Construction Services was the design/build contractor for the corporate headquarters of DMI, a wholesale distributor of computer imaging products. The 48,000 square-foot, Class-A building is located in Missouri Research Park and houses offices, hi-tech conference facilities, kitchen and break areas and underground parking.
Holland provided exemplary personal service. Their building team worked with us to keep the project within budget by developing design alternatives that did not compromise quality.
