Background
Holland was selected to construct this new 35,044 SF, 3-story office building which offers open office spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors and executive spaces, a large training room and several conference rooms on the 3rd floor.
The building also features a 1,000 SF outdoor observation deck and patio which gives employees and guests an expansive view of the Columbia Bluffs and Jefferson Barracks Bridge over the Mississippi River.
The new office building’s construction features extensive use of curtain wall glass accented by masonry and architectural wall panels. Its interior features wood casing panels, lobby panels and textured ceramic tile plank flooring.
I think Holland did an excellent job on this development. They have a lot of depth on their bench in regard to the level of experience on their team. It was a complicated project because of the amount of coordination involved between the city and IDOT, as well as several other entities, and they did an outstanding job managing everything and completing the project on time.
