Holland Construction Services was chosen as general contractor for this luxury apartment community in St. Louis. The 5-story complex features 247 units, including 4 penthouse apartments with views of Forest Park. Amenities include a three-tiered pool located within a large central courtyard, fitness studio, coffee bar, pet spa, dog park, and an underground parking garage. The complex also features the Sky Lounge, an event space on the second floor that opens to a spacious outdoor deck.
Encore sits adjacent to its sister property, Cortona at Forest Park, which was also constructed by Holland in 2014.
