A Better Way – Project Case Study
Father McGivney Catholic High School
Background
Holland served as construction manager on this new 53,000 square-foot high school. The interior renovation and fit-out at Father McGivney Catholic High School includes upgrades to a teachers’ lounge, classrooms, and unfinished space on the second floor and the main office reception area. Holland built the $7 million, 53,000 square-foot high school. The facility was designed to accommodate 300 students with an expansion capacity to 600 students. The school includes state-of-the-art classrooms, science labs, common area, chapel, assembly space, library, gymnasium, and outdoor athletic facilities. The school sits on 80 acres with room for future expansion.
Holland was very cognizant of our fiscal constraints and looked out after our interests.
