Background
Holland Construction Services completed a cost-saving expansion and renovation of the H.W. Herrell Distributing Co. warehouse in Imperial, MO increasing operational efficiency and safety with room for continued growth for the next decade.
The $1.8 million project involved the rebuild of approximately 11,000 square feet of the existing 55,647-square-foot facility, and the addition of 3,000 square feet providing room for more draught coolers, warehousing and an office area with restrooms and employee break room.
