Background
Holland was selected to build this new 297,660 SF apartment community developed by Pier Property Group.Holland Construction Services was selected to build this new apartment community for developer Draper & Kramer in St. Louis’ historic The Hill neighborhood.
This new 224,802 SF, 225-unit apartment community will include an attached pre-cast 80,012 SF parking garage. Amenities will include a large landscaped pool courtyard, open interior community spaces, fitness center, yoga room, co-working rooms and pet care facilities. The apartment homes will feature luxury finishes with modern kitchens and baths, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and outdoor balconies.
