Background
Holland Construction Services was the construction manager on the $7.9 million O’Fallon Public Safety Facility. This 36,976 square-foot facility features a glass and steel entrance canopy that leads visitors into the two-story lobby which features clerestory windows and a curtain wall system. A courtyard located in the middle of the building brings natural light into the adjacent spaces. The exterior consists of brick masonry, aluminum and glass window systems, and gray metal copings.
Holland Construction has done an outstanding job of managing the construction of our new facility. This multi-use building will improve efficiency, maintain overall security and reduce combined operating costs for the city. Most importantly, it will provide valuable services to area residents for years to come.
