A Better Way – Project Case Study
O’Fallon Township High School
143,000
square feet
100
acres
Background
The Milburn Campus, the new 143,000 square-foot facility for freshmen, contains athletic and academic spaces, as well as administrative services, building support and operations and maintenance.
A simultaneous project on the campus features a new 740-seat auditorium used by both the O’Fallon High School system as well as the community. The 100-acre site also contains soccer and baseball fields, green space, parking, student commons, plus room for expansion.
I can’t say enough positive things about the Holland team. They were professional, hard-working, dedicated individuals who took the time to understand the needs of our district.
Dr. Darcy Benway, Superintendent, O’Fallon Township High School District #203
