Holland Construction Services completed extensive renovations to this building dramatically transforming what was once home to a K-Mart into a manufacturing facility. Exterior renovations included the installation of a decorative canopy over the entrance, the construction of a water feature and a new asphalt overlay on the existing 205-space parking lot.

The project also called on Holland to add a number of green design components. In addition to recycling the existing building, extensive landscaping was added to the site, including three acres of green space created by removing about 50 percent of the asphalt parking lot. Numerous island planters were installed. Low water consumption plants dominate the new landscaping.
In conjunction with the exterior transformation, an extensive interior renovation included additional office and conference room space and a new lunchroom.
Holland also completed an addition at the facility 5 years later, which provided much-needed warehouse space for raw materials in order to more quickly meet increasing demand for the manufacturer’s goods.
Most recently Holland completed an interior renovation creating more office space as well as relocating the server room.
