Background
Holland Construction Services served as general contractor for this outdoor aquatic facility which includes an 8,937 SF main pool, a 720 SF toddler pool, a large 3,000 SF bathhouse, mechanical building, and new drive and parking lot. Water features at the facility include a water slide, diving boards, play station with waterfall, and a lilypad walk, surrounded by extensive landscaping.
Holland has been very mindful of the concerns of the community and the administrative staff, and we have been very impressed with the quality of the construction management.
