Holland Construction Services provided design-build services for Stellar Manufacturing’s new plant located in the Sauget Industrial Park.The 131,000 SF facility houses administrative services, sales, customer service, training, and laboratory work.
The building exterior consists of a combination of glass and synthetic plaster, while a high-tech industrial interior design theme is carried throughout the interiors. The production plant consists of attractive tilt-up concrete wall panels with a structural steel roof system.
