$50.7 Million Project
Background
Holland has been selected to construct this new 343,106 SF, 196-unit mixed-use apartment building. The complex will include a 70,000 SF Target store on the ground floor, plus additional stores, and a 200-space parking garage along with 140 surface parking spaces.
The Edwin will display a rooftop pool with unobstructed views of downtown and fully amenitized high-end living spaces. The building will reconnect the Steelcote Square District to Grand Boulevard by extending Papin Street.
The new complex features an indoor aquatic facility with a 25-yard multi-lane lap pool, lazy river, and children’s area with slides and sprays. The center also features a 6,000 square-foot fitness center with areas for free weights, floor exercise, aerobic and group fitness; a gymnasium; a Clip’n Climb climbing structure; a 400-meter, six-lane running track; a game area for billiards, cards and table tennis; locker rooms; multi-purpose and party rooms, and administration offices.
