Background
Construction is underway at Zahnow Elementary in Waterloo, IL. This project includes a large addition that will boast a state-of-the-art learning environment, fostering creativity, collaboration, and student success. The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive and modernizations, including upgrading classrooms, enhancing technology infrastructure, and improving energy efficiency. Collaborating closely with school administrators and community stakeholders, Holland Construction Services prioritizes safety, sustainability, and functionality in every aspect of the project.
We felt very confident in Holland’s ability to make this building safe again for our students and staff. The silver lining in all of this is that, with Holland’s help, we were able to really think about the needs of our teachers and students and include some modern and functional design features, such as the storm shelter, that made this a very nice addition.
